If you need to make a complaint

If you need to make a complaint

The Network suggests that you follow the programme’s complaint procedure.  This should be readily available to you.  First step, voice your concern to the supervisor, or manager.  Then if you feel your complaint has not be dealt with to your satisfaction,  write it down and give it to a person in authority to begin the programme’s procedure.

If you are still concerned after this procedure has been followed, or in the rare case where your complaint is not even acknowledged you can go directly to the Ministry of Social Development Assessors.  They will check that the programme is operating in a safe and legal manner. They are the auditing body for OSCAR providers.  For more information
